When there is a major fluctuation in an exchange rate it has a detrimental effect on the viability of the business in Ghana. As a pay television operator, we operate in line with international norms in pay television, and its services are both comparable and competitive with the provision of a range of bouquets that cater for various income levels or needs. However with the strengthening of the currency in Ghana it has enabled us to review our subscription rates and make adjustments to improve the price to our loyal subscribers.
As a pioneer in Africa’s pay television service, MultiChoice Africa strives to ensure that all subscribers are exposed to the best television entertainment on offer and are always looking for innovative ways of delivering to subscribers the best total offering.
DStv is constantly enhancing its offering to its subscribers and have recently launched several new channels such as M-Net Edge, Vuzu, Nick Toons, Nick Junior, as well as exciting content such as Big Brother Africa, the English Premiere League and Telemundo.
